1. Raw Material Inspection & Preparation

We source food-grade PP, PET and paper materials from certified suppliers. All raw materials undergo strict testing for food contact safety, purity and durability before entering production. Materials are stored in a clean, dry warehouse to avoid contamination.

2. Mold Design & Preparation

For standard products, we use our existing precision molds (300+ sets in total). For custom orders, our R&D team designs and manufactures custom molds based on your specifications, ensuring perfect fit for your packaging needs. All molds are cleaned and inspected before use to guarantee product accuracy.

3. Injection Molding & Forming

Using 30 high-speed injection molding machines (380–480 tons clamping force), we produce PP cups, lids and containers with tight tolerances. The molding process is fully automated, with real-time monitoring to ensure consistent thickness, shape and surface quality.

4. In-Mold Labeling (IML) & Printing

For branded packaging, 15 in-mold labeling robots apply full-wrap graphics directly inside the mold during production — creating a permanent, scratch-proof and waterproof finish. For paper cups and custom prints, 13 automatic printing machines ensure vibrant, consistent colors.

5. Quality Control & Inspection

Multiple inspection checkpoints are set throughout production: dimensional testing, material safety verification, leak-proof testing and visual inspection. Our in-house lab and Intertek third-party testing ensure every product meets international food safety standards.

6. Packaging & Fulfillment

Qualified products are cleaned, sorted and packaged in moisture-proof, dust-proof packaging. We offer custom packaging options (cartons, pallets) for bulk orders, and ensure proper labeling for international shipping. All orders are inspected one final time before shipment.
