Equipment & Production Process

Full In-House Processing From Molding To Finishing

Injection Molding

30 high-speed machines with 380–480 tons clamping force. High-volume production of PP cups, lids and custom containers, with tight tolerances across all batches.

In-Mold Labeling

15 robots apply graphics inside the mold for permanent, scratch-proof, waterproof printing with stable colour at scale.

Printing & Finishing

13 automatic printing machines, 3 sheet material machines, 5 automatic cup-making machines. All finishing completed on-site.

Quality Control

Multi-point inspections during production. In-house lab for dimensional, material and food-contact testing. Third-party tested by Intertek with full batch documentation.
