We source food-grade PP, PET and paper materials from certified suppliers. All raw materials undergo strict testing for food contact safety, purity and durability before entering production. 2. Mold Design & Preparation<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For custom orders, our R&D team designs and manufactures custom molds based on your specifications, ensuring perfect fit for your packaging needs. 3. Injection Molding & Forming<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tUsing 30 high-speed injection molding machines (380\u2013480 tons clamping force), we produce PP cups, lids and containers with tight tolerances.
