A straightforward 5-step workflow from your brief to final delivery, with full transparency and approval at every stage.

1. Consultation & Custom Design

Tell us your brand vision and product requirements. Choose from food-grade PP, PET, eco-friendly PLA and other safe materials, then customize cup capacity, shape, height and wall thickness. Pick your preferred printing craft including IML, silk screen or thermal transfer, and we’ll draft a tailored solution based on your needs.

2. Mold Development & Sample Proofing

Backed by 20+ years of industry experience, our in-house mold team delivers fast and efficient mold development. We produce precision physical samples for your confirmation, ensuring every detail of size, printing and material meets your brand standards before mass production.

3. Standardized Mass Production

Your order is produced in our 2 modern Dongguan factories (over 10,000 sqm with nearly 100 machines). Every cup follows strict SOPs from raw material testing to molding, quality inspection and packaging. All materials hold SGS, ISO9001 and QS food-grade certifications, with full-process tracking and quality control.
